Our first cookbook for 2018 was Sunday Suppers at Lucques by Suzanne Goin. Lucques is a Los Angeles restaurant serving market-driven California cuisine. It is most known for its constantly changing prix fixe Sunday dinner menus, which Goin has compiled into a cookbook. The recipes are arranged into four-course menus and organized by season. (more…)
