For February, we chose a blog instead of a cookbook. We decided on https://doriegreenspan.com a month in advance, only to find that a couple weeks before our event she had redesigned her site, making it much more difficult to access all of the recipes. Not wanting to change things up at the last minute, we stuck with Dorie’s site, but also added the option to use one of her cookbooks. (more…)
